Ok, so I had a fantastic shower. I was thinking of the great day ahead of me. What I was going to cook for dinner tonight and once again that voice in my head said what are you doing. I was thinking for a few moments when I realized; I was exercising. Bending over to clean between my toes, using my biceps and triceps to wash my entire body made me see even in the shower a person can exercise.
So great news not only does a shower reduce stress and can be used as a useful coping mechanism while getting sparkling clean. It can be part of your daily workout.
Just remember to test your blood sugar when you first get out of bed in the morning, if you are planning on showering or not! Don’t want to have a weak body in the shower or while you shave.
