IMAG0183So, here we are again riding into the city, getting my daily exercise! While crossing the Manhattan Bridge, a thought crossed my mind that I wanted to share with you, kind people. Looking at all the people seated on the N train. Why are they not exercising like the rest of us? Then it hit me; they were lucky enough to get a seat, a rest from their daily grind. A break from their workout. It is imperative to take breaks, to let the body heal. So with that said, if you feel weak sit-down and test your blood sugar. Always keep something on you too, in case your blood sugar when it is low. Better to be prepared and get where you are going instead of carried off the train to spend a day in the ER.
